Can you ship to my country?

If you live in any of these countries, the answer is yes, if you live in a different countries, please contact us and we will advise you if we can deliver to your country.

How long does the shipment take?

Shipping varies from a product to another, and from destination to another, there are a lot of factors that affect the delivery time, such as the size of the product, the weight of the product, the destination country, which warehouse it will be shipped from, how fast is custom clearance process in the destination country … etc. But in general and based on the previous orders, we found most of our orders were delivered during 2 to 3 weeks.

How can I track my shipping?

We always work with carriers who can provide tracking numbers. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number, to trace your shipment and know exactly when it will be delivered.  

Why the price is expensive?

Absolutely not true, we believe our products are very well-priced, we scan the market on daily basis, to make sure we provide you with the best price. If we found a certain product somewhere else is sold cheaper than our listed price, we immediately lower the price.

What is your discount policy?

Where the goods will be shipped from?

It varies from a product to another, we get our products from many factories and workshops around the world, some are from Turkey, Germany, Singapore, Egypt and China.

Do you offer express shipping if needed?

Yes we do, but to be perfectly honest, right now we don’t see any difference between the Standard Shipping and the Express Service, as due to Covid-19 all shipments are impacted, and there is no logical reason to add this high cost on you. Maybe later when the shipping peak is over and back to normal, we will add 2 shipping options for you to choose from.

Is it safe to handle shipping and parcels?

The World Health Organization (WHO) have assured it is safe to handle mail, including international mail.

In general, because of poor survivability of Covid-19 on surfaces, there is a low risk of spread from products or packaging shipped over a period of days or weeks. Currently, there is no evidence of Covid-19 being transmitted by imported goods or packages.
