How Will My Order Ship?

Due to COVID-19 current situation, our shipping method is dynamic, and we pick the best shipping method to deliver your order in a timely manner.  

When Will My Order Arrive?

Our Free Shipping estimated time is between 15 to 21 days (Due to Covid-19 situation, please note we temporarily extended our shipping window to be 5 weeks), we are doing our best to find a workaround to overcome any delivery issues. However with the current pandemic situation shipping might be delayed. We always update you with the delivery progress.

For up-to-date order status, please track your package using the track number provided by email. We’ll send you a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your items leave the warehouse.

Everything on our website is FREE SHIPPING In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with no exception.

Our free shipping zone includes: Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kuwait, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States. If you live in any of these countries, you will receive a shipping tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow from 3 to 7 days to process your order.  

Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and surprise you with prohibitive shipping and handling fees or oversize charges at the end of the checkout process. Make sure you know the total cost of your purchase when shopping around.

We keep it simple–our pricing is straightforward and all-inclusive, which saves you time and energy. Some of our products and in certain cases, the custom will contact you to pay the custom fees, we see this rarely happens, but please expect it. 

The listed price does not include any customs or duties fees, paying duties fees depends on your country regulations and the value of the products you ordered, so please note there is a possibility you will be charged extra taxes, customs duties. However you don’t have to worry about how you will be paying this amount, your logistics company will declare that for your, and contact you to pay them back.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We want to save you time, so we offer you the ability to send products to more than one address within one order. Please leave a note to us in the instructions box and we will contact you to confirm which should be delivered where. 

You can even change the shipping address of an item after your order has been placed, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse
